Coordinators of the 7th Miss World Festival have announced that Shaan, India’s music top star, will perform during the show’s final transmission event, alongside the this year’s 120 participants from around the world.
Shaan will sing with the almost all the 120 pageant ambassadors who are essential for this year’s festival.
Shaan has had a successful career range of more than 30 years, and as a vocalist, TV presenter, composer, and lyricist, he brings a staggering entertainment to the table for the large numbers of fans all over the world.
With over 2000 songs in his voice for film and nonfilm projects in excess of 23 dialects, he has teamed up with globally acclaimed acts like MLTR, Blue, Samira Said, Mel (Sporty Spice), and was part of John Lennon Tribute project (Give Peace a Chance). Shaan has performed at concerts worldwide and continues to tour broadly.
He has mentored 4 seasons of ‘The Voice India’, among other popular Singing Talent Shows on Indian Television. The pop star has won several prestigious awards over the years like Filmfare, GIMA, and the MTV Asia awards in 2002.
Miss World is broadcasted on SonyLiv India, on Spring ninth, 7:30 PM (local time), 2 PM GMT. The Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai will host the event this year.
