MzVee Talks About Nearly Losing Her Vision, And It’s ‘Strange’

Singer Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, better known in the entertainment industry as MzVee, has disclosed that she has been dealing with severe eye issues that have had a substantial impact on her in a variety of ways.

In a social media conversation with her fans, MzVee provided a detailed explanation of her condition and the reasons behind her frequent use of glasses.

According to her, because of the irregular shape of her eyeballs, she has longsightedness and astigmatism, which impairs her vision.

“Let us talk about my eyesight. So, I have astigmatism. I am far-sighted or long-sighted, and basically, the shape of my eyeballs is not the right shape”, she said wrote.

For the past few months, the singer has been going through a difficult time, particularly when performing and spending a lot of time on screen.

As she fights this health issue, many fans have voiced their worries and offered support and encouragement.

MzVee remains devoted to her music in spite of these obstacles. Due to the shape of her eyeballs, the award-winning singer was unable to travel overseas for laser eye surgery.

MzVee says she doesn’t return the waves from her fans when they see her in public. Her reason is simple– she is unable to see them until they are nearer to her, which is not because she is unwelcoming, accommodating, or impolite.
