The UN Women and Ford Foundation West Africa Regional Conference on Sustainable Philanthropy and Remittances for Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment convened on June 2–3, 2025, in Dakar, Senegal, adopting a hybrid format to engage both in-person and virtual participants.
