The return of Narcoossee’s signature dining restaurant to the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has been heralded by the Walt Disney World Resort.
Narcoossee’s reopened in a newly renovated space that takes advantage of the restaurant’s prime location and offers panoramic views of Seven Seas Lagoon. It first opened its doors in 1988. Cast members greeted guests and showed them artwork and cerulean details that took them from land to sea.
Narcoossee’s has a new interior and a lot of new dishes on the menu that are influenced by the food of Florida and the southeastern coast. With a contemporary twist, the newly renovated restaurant pays tribute to Grand Floridian’s long history of culinary excellence.
On April 1, 2023, Narcoossee’s was finally opened at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
For guests of all ages, Narcoossee’s has a variety of options, including seafood that is sourced sustainably and inventive land-based fare, including meat- and plant-based options.
Furthermore, the menu offers new dishes, for example, a sea enlivened charcuterie board, hamburger and ricotta tortelloni, broiled vegetable paella and darkened redfish. Bisque, plancha-seared scallops, and prime New York strip steak are among the other popular items.
Zero-proof beverages, a variety of Victorian-themed cocktails, and a carefully selected wine list complement each dish are available at the restaurant.
New creations like the Berry Pavlova, which is a combination of fresh Florida berries and citrus and is served with bright yuzu cremeux and a tableside pour of anglaise, are also available as dessert options. Almond-crusted Cheesecake with Lambert cherry sauce and Chantilly cream are two examples.
The Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is undergoing a multi-year transformation that includes Narcoossee’s reopening. Dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance, but reservations won’t be available during the restaurant’s ongoing work in May and June 2023.
