From today, July 24, until August 11, Nike will open its exhibition titled “Art of Victory” to commemorate the never-ending journey of Nike Air innovation at the location that served as the inspiration for the novel design of the Air Max 1 nearly 40 years ago.
In one of Paris’ most iconic outdoor spaces, Nike will transform the iconic façade of the Centre Pompidou into a canvas for groundbreaking sports stories. The space will also host a variety of sports experiences for everyone.

In a bold display that recalls Nike’s 30th anniversary celebration for the Air Max 1 at the Centre Pompidou in 2017, Nike’s immersive experience will allow visitors to discover groundbreaking sport stories unfolding on the façade outside the Centre Pompidou.

Meanwhile, a public and skateable figure, “Cycloid Piazza” (2024), planned by French artist Raphael Zarka with the joint effort of the draftsman Jean-Benoît Vétillard and launched by the Centre Pompidou with the support of Nike, invites the general public to draw in with art in another way.
Through running, basketball, global football, skate, and breaking experiences, daily programming will celebrate sport.
