
The 94th Academy Awards is not far off, and organizers of the ceremony have officially named Wanda Sykes, Amy Schumer and Regina Hall to host the Awards in March.
The “Good Morning America” host Amy Schumer was ecstatic and was glad to do this with her friends Wanda Sykes and Regina Hall. According to Schumer, she will watch films from this point to prepare for the honors which is booked for March 27.
This is the first time in Quite a while in the history of the Oscars that three women will have the opportunity to host the show. But it’s not the first time more than one person has been selected for the job.
In 2011, actors James Franco and Anne Hathaway hosted it. The Oscars has not had three hosts since Chevy Chase, Goldie Hawn and Paul Hogan collaborated for the 59th Academy Awards in 1987.
The past three events have been hostless, a pattern that started in 2019 when Kevin Hart selected to pull back from the gig in the midst of controversy.

Schumer led the MTV Movie Awards in 2015 whilst Regina Hall took full control over the BET Awards in 2019.
‘Powerful’ actor Wanda Sykes, in the mean time, is a refined emcee, hosting everything from her own television show to the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards. She’s additionally guest host for Jimmy Kimmel and Ellen DeGeneres.
The Oscars will be held on March 27.
