One Of Atlético Madrid’s Stadium To Host The 2030 FIFA World Cup

Atlético Madrid stadium, Cvitas Metropolitano, will be one of the eleven venues that has been proposed by the RFEF to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup. The Cvitas Metropolitano has been proposed as a venue for the biggest football competition.

According to the Real Federación Espaola de Ftbol (RFEF), Morocco will have six stadiums, Portugal will have three, and Spain has proposed eleven stadiums.

On December 11, 2023, FIFA Congress confirmed that Morocco, Portugal, and Spain’s joint bid to host the tournament had prevailed. However, it will confirm the competition venues at a later date.

The following Spanish stadiums have been selected as potential venues:

• Reale Arena (Donostia-San Sebastián)

• Camp Nou (Barcelona)

• Gran Canaria (Las Palmas)

• La Cartuja (Seville)

• La Rosaleda (Málaga)

• Cívitas Metropolitano (Madrid)

• Nueva Romareda (Zaragoza)

• RCDE Stadium (Barcelona, Cornellá-El Prat)

• Riazor (A Coruña)

• San Mamés (Bilbao)

• Santiago Bernabéu (Madrid)
