Poetra Asantewa has announced that her first live album will be released in December 2024.
The album — ‘For All Of Us‘ is two months from being released, and every one of it is outlined as a feature of a bigger ecosystem. For the next eight weeks, Poetra Asantewa will release one track every Sunday.
The extraordinary poet, singer and writer claims that 18 extremely talented artists collaborated to realize this vision.
She announced this on Instagram:
“My first live album (and second album!) comes out this December. I’m sure some of you might be wondering why I’m sharing this so early, with the album still two months away & that’s because I’m taking a different approach to its release”.
“The euphoria of creating often pales in comparison to the thrill of releasing. This album feels like its own neighborhood, with each track as a house, each one mapped out as part of a larger ecosystem.
“To showcase each of these houses, I’ll be releasing one track every Sunday for the next 8 weeks. 18 incredibly talented creatives came together to bring this vision to life, and I can’t wait to introduce you to all of us and the work that’s been created”.

“For all of us” is a dedication album. It is the child of a mirror & a blank page. It is a new visual language for an existing group. It is a lighthouse “for all of us” is for all of us.
Ama Asantewa recently published a book titled “Someone Birthed Them Broken” which is both a beautiful story and words of poetic inspiration.
