President Mahama Opens A Special Executive Leadership Program For Appointees

A four-day Executive Leadership Program for his ministerial appointees was opened by President John Dramani Mahama in Ada. The program’s goal is to give the recently hired officials the abilities and information they need to carry out their jobs well.​

President Mahama stressed the importance of their mandate during his speech, saying, “You have just four years—move with urgency!” He emphasized the need of proactive governance and the necessity for appointees to fulfill their duties as soon as possible.​

The program consists of a number of sessions intended to improve the appointees’ capacity for strategic planning, leadership, and policy implementation.

Additionally, it offers a venue for encouraging cooperation and coordinating the team’s goals with the administration’s national development agenda.​
