Before his death in April 2016, he was a phenomenal entertainer with a one of a kind voice. Prince Rogers Nelson who is simply called Prince, sold more than 100 million records around the world, positioning him among the smash hit music artist ever.

Before his demise, he had leased this mansion situated at Beverly Hills in the US which was worth millions of dollars, before it came up for lease.

The manor which was situated at 1235 Sierra Alta Way in notorious Beverly Hills, California, owned by former NBA Star Carlos Boozer leased Prince’s ‘place’ for $80,000 for a month.

In 2004, Prince leased the mansion from the NBA star. The Pop icon completely changed the essence of the house by including pictures of himself in each room, changed the weight space to a move club, and even swapped out the lion sculptures that “branded” the Gate with a Prince Symbol.

Doing this, one would have envisioned that the lessor, Boozer will be content with the progressions but he was most certainly not. Prince was a funk, R&B, rock, new wave, soul, psychedelia, and pop performer. He died of an unplanned fentanyl overdose at his Paisley Park home and recording studio in Chanhassen, Minnesota.
