Republic Bank Acknowledged For Its Excellent Consumer Banking

Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC has procured 5-stars in Service Quality for Consumer Banking and 5-stars in Consumer Satisfaction for Consumer Banking – and further secured a great third position with a complete score of 99.5% over the edge of 98% in the CSI for 2022.

The awards were presented to the bank at the CIMG Marketing Performance Awards held over the weekend at Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra. Thanks to its unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service experience to its valued customers.

The CIMG Consumer Satisfaction Index is a renowned benchmark that evaluates the performance of banks in Ghana, zeroing in on different parts of customer experience and service quality.
