Rihanna Makes It Into The Billionaires Club

Singer Rihanna of ‘Fenty’ is officially a billionaire, as per Forbes.

The business magazine, which tracks and publishes data on the world’s most affluent people, on Wednesday August 4, announced that the 33-year-old pop whiz’s estimated net worth to be $1.7 billion, making her the most well off female artist and the second-most richest woman in entertainment behind Oprah Winfrey.

Rihanna has since 2016, not released any album – focusing more on her side business (Fenty Beauty cosmetics line and her Savage x Fenty underwear line). Her last released album was “Anti“, which went through 63 weeks on the Billboard chart.

Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty is doing well overall, and has been assessed by Forbes to be worth $2.8 billion.

In 2018, the cosmetics brand, which is sold at Sephora stores, was making more than $550 million in yearly incomes, acquiring more than Kim Kardashian West’s KKW Beauty, Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Cosmetics and Jessica Alba’s Honest Company.
