Rihanna has asked GloRilla about her next album via direct messaging her on Instagram. Rihanna dropped her last album ‘Anti’ in 2016, and it has been eight years since she released any new music. Given her responses lately to the question of when is she going to drop a new album, it is heartbreaking to say that it won’t be anytime soon.
Interestingly, in the midst of not releasing any new music, Rihanna rather got into GloRilla’s DMs asking her when is she going to drop her new album!
In a carousel post, GloRilla also took to Instagram to post a screenshot of the DM she received from the business tycoon. In the message, Rihanna referred to herself as “hypocritical” for getting some information about the album, when the vast majority of her fans were all the while hanging tight for one from her.
In the message, Rihanna wrote,
“You got all summer sis! I know dis wild hypocritical, but when the album drop?”
Riri, on the other hand, jammed out to GloRilla’s TGIF song in a video that she shared on Instagram on Friday (June 28). Also in the video was ASAP Rocky. Rihanna gave off an impression of being energetically singing the tune and instituting it too.
