One of Ghana’s credible award ceremonies – 3Music Awards is here once more, as nominations for the 2021 list has been released for the year. Musicians and their works are up for affirmation across 20 categories.
Notwithstanding, coordinators of the award scheme have nominated gospel vocalist, Ruth Adjei, otherwise called Rufet for the ‘Emerging woman of the year’ category.
The singer has already released a new tune ‘Oshidaa’ which basically signifies ‘Your Thanks’ in the Ghanaian local Ga vernacular.
‘Oshidaa’ is on her subsequent album ‘The Mercy Seat’ which was delivered in November 2019.
Before Ruth Adjei brought out her first album, ‘Kindness Seat’ in 2014, she had advantageously passed through the hands of the of various top Ghanaian gospel acts, like Diana Hamilton, Bernice Offei, Joe Mettle, Francis Adjei, Eugene Zuta, Ceccy Twum, Akesse Brempong, SP Kofi Sarpong, and so on.
She has an incredible vocal capacities that has impelled her to this stage. Ruth Adjei has no ifs, ands or buts, demonstrated her value in the wake of backing on the tunes of the multitude of top gospel acts in Ghana.
