Actress and businesswoman Salma Mumin discussed a wide range of topics in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM on Wednesday, December 18, including her new clothing line, business, international travels, and life’s ups and downs.

She also did, however, strongly allude to her expectations of the incoming government, which will replace the ruling NPP.

In response to this question, the influencer and brand ambassador stated that she rarely comments on such matters because she is nonpartisan. But as a businesswoman, she only hopes the government will manage the economy effectively in everyone’s favor.

She urged the new government to fix the economy to accommodate each person since they are aware of the difficulties and hardships that people are currently facing in the country.

The actress went on to say that it is extremely unsettling that even the wealthy are complaining about the economy, particularly the rising dollar against the Cedi.

“In fact, it is a lot of money in dollars when exchanged in the Ghana cedis right now. In addition, the cost of goods is constantly rising,” she stated.

She said that all of these things frustrates business owners, especially those who are just starting out with big plans.
