Sammy Forson Ends His Mind Blowing Stretch With Joy FM

The host of ‘Ignition‘ and the ‘Weekend City Show‘ on one of Ghana’s biggest radio stations, Joy 99.7 FM Sammy Forson, has ended his stay at the station.

Sammy, who left Live FM in 2018 to join Ghana’s biggest media house The Multimedia Group, is switching careers.

While at Joy FM, he engaged the insightful audience members through his wealth of experience on radio, especially his rich taste of music and glorious awareness of what’s actually funny.

The broadcaster has also played several other roles at the station, including hosting the ‘Overdrive’, and sitting-in for the hosts of Drive Time and Showbiz A-Z.

“I am overwhelmed with gratitude for each and every one of you. Your unwavering love, support, and dedication have been the heartbeat of my journey. It’s been an honor to be a part of your lives, to share stories, laughter, and moments that have woven us together,” Sammy Forson says.

“From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for allowing me into your homes, cars, and daily routines. The memories we’ve created will forever hold a special place in my heart. To my incredible team, colleagues and all those who’ve supported me along this path, your contributions have been invaluable,” he adds.

As indicated by him, as he ventures into another area, he conveys with him, the appreciated memories.

“I will miss the connection, the shared moments, and the joy of being in your company. You’ve been my inspiration, my motivation, and my reason to strive for excellence,” he says.
