Serena Williams Donate 4.25 Million Masks To Schools

Tennis Superstar Serena Williams has on Wednesday 29th July, 2020 announced that, she is collaborating with Bella + Canvas, the National School Board Association and scholasticinc to give 4.25 million masks to underserved schools.

They will also give education materials about masks to 54 million students and each of the 115,00 schools in the United States. Through the #MasksForKids program, schools can access moderate masks and educational materials, rapidly. This project is to support American kids go back to school safely.

Notwithstanding giving 4.25 million masks, other masks will be given for each one bought by the schools. Williams is however thankful to have the option to help teach American schools about this resource, particularly during this difficult times of coronavirus.

She is also glad to be allowed the chance to serve such a significant number of students in the U.S. The world’s tennis heroine is glad to be a part of this important donation, as this isn’t the first run through doing such magnanimous thing she has done.
