
Grace Ashly, a gospel singer, recently spoke about Ghana’s sports development on Nana Romeo’s “Ayekoo Ayekoo” midmorning broadcast on Accra 100.5 FM.
The well-known singer, who has a passion for football in particular, stated that she had more opportunity to support Ghana’s national football club, the Black Stars, under the National Democratic Congress (NDC) administration.
She recalled crucial assistance from people like Julius Debrah, who made it possible for her to attend the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, and her 2014 designation as a Black Stars ambassador.
Ashly also emphasized the value of nonpartisan support for Ghana’s football initiatives, asking Ghanaians to offer up prayers for the present NDC government’s success because they think it will benefit everyone.
