Taniya Mondal Is The First Managing Director Of Optimal International Media

With effect from December 1, 2024, the Board of Directors of Optimal International Media Network has named Mrs. Taniya Mondal as its MD.

In addition to increasing investments in Ghana’s media strategy, planning, and purchasing sector, the new organization Optimal International Media Network will use cutting-edge technology to spur growth and innovation.

Taniya will serve as the first Managing Director of the new organization. Optimal OMD is extremely well-positioned and dedicated to keeping current employees while maintaining a focus on partners, clients, and people. In order to promote growth and economic prosperity, the company also fortifies its capabilities in technology, tools, and other crucial areas.

When announcing Taniya’s appointment, Mr. Alaba Fadero, the Regional Chief Executive Officer of Omnicom Media Group West & Central Africa (OMG WeCA), stated:

Taniya has more than 16 years of extensive experience in a variety of industries, such as fast-moving consumer goods, beverages, and telecommunications. She also has extensive experience in corporate governance, business development, people compliance, marketing, and project management.

She graduated from the Indian Institute of Management with an MBA in International Business and a Master’s degree in Science. She is dedicated to an inclusive workplace culture and has a strong passion for diversity.
