The 5th edition of the awards will recognize exceptional people of pioneers who endeavor hard with commitment and steadiness by beating challenges and economic stability.
The Forty Under 40 Awards which is an initiative from Xodus Communications Limited, seeks to lookout for, honour and celebrate a cross-part of Ghana’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age of forty from a wide range of industries, who are committed to business growth, professional excellence and community service and have risen through the ranks of their companies or industries at a relatively young age.
The Awards additionally seeks to celebrate young achievers, and to build a solid platform for them by offering a voice and opportunities to the up and coming age of industry pacesetters whiles building an uplifting outlook in the young people of Ghana to make progress toward greatness at a young age.
Meanwhile, The 2021 Forty Under 40 has received 308 entries from various parts of the country and ventures.

The 5th edition of the Awards which is scheduled for 8th October 2021 at Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel, in Ghana is in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Arts and it is under the oversight of an Awarding Board with famous individuals from the general public including; Prof. Atta Peters, Dr. Ken Kwaku, Prof. Essilfie Conduah, Dr. Ato Conduah, and Dr Paul Fynn.
The Award categories covers a wide scope of the multitude of different areas, going from banking and finance, energy, privately-run company, agric, theater and arts, journalism, sports, event management, health, technology, and innovation amongst others.
