Jennifer Lopez was extremely happy after being honored at the 2022 iHeart Radio Awards in Los Angeles
The iHeartRadio Music Awards 2022 fell off on Tuesday March 22 in Los Angeles, with several hotshots coming to the big ceremony. Notwithstanding, probably the biggest highlight of the awards night was Jennifer Lopez’s dazzling presentation at the auditorium.
That is not all, JLo was also honored at the evening as she was given the ICON Award. Interestingly, while she was delivering her acknowledgment speech after receiving the honor, her perfect partner Ben Affleck was rooting for her in the crowd.
In any case, JLo’s speech was very emotional and inspiring too. She said:
“Thank you to everyone who comes to a show, streams a song, sees a movie, follows me. You guys are the ones who give me the opportunity every day to live a life I couldn’t even imagine would come true when I was a little girl growing up in the Bronx.”
The happy JLo finally said:
“I can overcome negativity”
The 52-year-old singer also said that she’s just begun and will keep on giving her best with regards to music.
Ben Affleck was seen radiating with euphoria and pride as he rooted for her from the crowd. It was a family undertaking for the couple as they were joined by their children. Affleck was seen applauding from the crowd for JLo alongside his son Samuel, 10, and Lopez’s girl Emme, 14.
