The Tesla Model Y was still the market leader in 2024, according to the cumulative data from August 2024, with sales of 785,591 (+1.9%).
With 741,982 new sales, the Toyota Corolla came in second place (+3.8 percent).
With 673,050 sales (+19.5 percent), the Toyota RAV4 came in third, followed by the Ford F-Series with 572,062 sales (-4.9 percent).

The Toyota Camry came in eighth place with 360,398 new registrations, which is -11.2% more than the Toyota Hilux with 354,051 (-7.8%) and the Kia Sportage with 351,128 sales, which is up 4.9%.
