In a recent interview, Jennifer Lopez gave a little slip look into her Met Gala outfit during the event as she co-chairs this year’s event.
The singer spoke about the outfit she wore to the Met Gala this year. The actress, singer, and dancer has participated in numerous events, so she enjoyed the 2024 Gala. Because Lopez regularly attends the Met Gala, which is the biggest night in fashion, she was honored to serve as one of the co-chairs.
With this honor, she was eager to be a part of this year’s occasion. The singer decided to give fans a sneak peek of her outfit a day before the event. Jennifer Lopez discussed her Met Gala gown in an interview with “Good Morning America.”
This year’s Met Gala is themed Sleeping Beauty: Reawakening Fashion. During the interview, she prodded her search for the esteemed event. She said,
“You’ll have to tune in to see. It’s exciting, though. It’s a fantastic night of fashion.” The host of the show, Lara Spencer, then inquired if she would be able to walk in her outfit. To which the singer replied, “Barely. The Met Gala looks aren’t about comfort.”
J.Lo. then remarked about the event and said that it’s consistently an incredible time at the Met Gala. The entire event is a captivating mix of artists and business people. She added that it’s not just music or movies; it’s various people from various fields.
Whether it be fashion, film, music, or business, ‘The On the Floor’ singer then said that chaperons get to have extremely interesting discussions at the event.
Jennifer Lopez is one of five co-hosts for the 2024 Met Gala, where she would co-chair the event alongside Zendaya, Bad Bunny, Chris Hemsworth, and Vogue supervisor in-boss Anna Wintour. In the same interview with Good Morning America, JLo also spoke about being a part of the co-chair board. She said,
“I was really honored to be asked to host it alongside Zendaya, Bad Bunny, and Chris Hemsworth. Anna was kind enough to ask me. We are going to have a good time.”
Lopez has had the absolute most remarkable outfits throughout the entire existence of the Met Gala. Last year, she wore a Ralph Lauren midsection exposing bridle outfit and a pink silk glossy silk skirt.
Her Western-roused outfit highlighted a couture bustier, gem weaving, and meshed cowhide trim, wrapped up with a wide-overflowed cap. She has consistently wowed the world.
