A transgender woman took home the title of Miss Universe Netherlands 2023. She will now be the country’s representative at the Miss Universe pageant in 2023.
Rikkie Valerie Kolle, 22, was crowned Miss Netherlands on July 8 after winning the pageant, earning her a spot in the upcoming Miss Universe competition later this year.
