New Black Stars coach, Otto Addo, has named a 26-man squad for the impending Nigeria and Uganda friendlies.
Newbies Bolivia-based David Akologo, Nordsjaelland’s Ibrahim Osman, France-based Nathaniel Adjei and Diomande Mohammed of Rangers of Scotland, have been named in Ghana’s team for this month’s friendly games.
Asante Kotoko’s Frederick Asare has also gotten his debut call-up following a remarkable stint with his club.
The two friendly matches which is scheduled for Marrakech, Morocco mark the beginning of a new period under Otto Addo.
Brighton and Hove Albion right-back Tariq Lamptey is also back in the team in the wake of recovering from an injury that pushed him out of the Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
Left-back, Patrick Kpozo, winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku and midfielder Edmund Addo are also back to the team.

Skipper Andre Ayew, forward Jordan Ayew, Mohammed Kudus, Osman Bukari, Samed Abdul Samed and Elisha Owusu have been named in the team.
Ghana will take on Nigeria on Friday, March 22, before facing Uganda four days after the fact.
