You may have heard of Kofi Baah Agyepong, who works for the Youth Employment Agency in Ghana. Yes, he is the aforementioned institution’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and has been in charge of youth-related matters in Ghana for some time now.
The primary goal of Kofi Agyepong is to give young people in Ghana the tools they need to make a meaningful contribution to Ghana’s socioeconomic and long-term development. The youth is extremely anxious, so the job is a huge responsibility.
The path taken by Mr. Kofi Agyepong to get here has been gradual. In 2002, in the Ashanti region of Ghana, he completed his secondary education for the first time at Kumasi High Senior High School.
He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies at Africa University College of Communications (AUCC). He earned a Master of Arts in Media and Public Relations from the University of Leicester in the UK.

He worked as a qualified journalist with a university education from 2006 to 2010 at the Daily Mail in the United Kingdom. Later, he moved back to Ghana and worked as an editor for -The Publisher Newspaper.
He is a member of the largest PR professional organization in the world, the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA).
Mr. Kofi Agyepong is a political communication consultant and a well-known figure in the Ghanaian media. He comes from the Offinso North Constituency in the Ashanti Region and has been the Deputy Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party for the longest time. He was the Deputy Director of Communications at the President’s Office prior to his appointment.

Through skills training and internship modules, its goal is to help young people between the ages of 15 and 35 transition from unemployment to employment.
