This is a stylish Ferrari Roma Spider with new design options installed and displayed in the “One of a Kind” exhibition at the Enzo Ferrari Museum.
The purpose of this Roman spider is to demonstrate a new production process, made using unique and refined materials.
Among these, we can talk about the work and fabric of the central panel of the seat and the stitching instructions that adopts the leather of the interior and affects the threads obtained from recycled tires.
In this car, Ferrari began work on lasers and aluminum body parts for the front wing shields, with the possibility of aligning the hood with the compass rose and the Maranello layout.
Recycled aluminum is also used during production at the Ferrari factory to create some parts of the biturbo V8 engine, thus reducing the volume of waste to a minimum.
Other striking features include the use of chrome-free nappa leather and engineered wood on the tonneau cover and backrest, as well as sand-based materials on the center console, replicating the sandblasting and center console. It is produced in Maranello.
The partnership with Montblanc was also very important, with partner Ferrari creating a special edition of the famous Meisterstück for the occasion.
It also features a hand-crafted Au750 solid gold nib with a unique compass pattern, and the cap and section are also covered in platinum.
In keeping with the idea of travel as a common thread throughout the work, the writing instrument is accompanied by a notebook whose cover is recycled leather in the same color as the interior interior Ferrari Roma Spider: Rosso Bologna and Pelle Metalizzata Oro Midas.
The design of Maranello is printed on the cover, like those on the body of the logbook and which remembers the compass rose engraved on the cover, an inextricable connection between the text and the car.
The car offers customers many options. Meanwhile, the car will remain on display at the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena until February 2025.
