The Surprising Reason Why Coco Austin Had A Buttlift

A week ago, the longtime spouse of rapper and actor Ice T, Coco Austin, sparked controversy when she showed off her voluminous derriere in a micro-thong bikini.

Despite numerous allegations that she has undergone various enhancements, the 45-year-old fitness model has consistently insisted that her derriere is natural.

The model has denied receiving butt implants on numerous occasions, and to demonstrate that it wasn’t a fake, she even had a plastic surgeon examine her derriere live on TV.

A renowned cosmetic surgeon in Beverly Hills stated that, in spite of her assertions, he thinks Coco’s curves might have been accentuated outside of the gym.

This was stated by Babak Moeinolmolki of the Moein Surgical Arts following an examination of Coco’s photos in bikinis.

‘You can tell over the years that Coco’s “assets” have got much larger and her buttocks has projected even more. She might have had fat grafting again after giving birth, which is very common for women,’ he said of the mother of one, who welcomed daughter Chanel in 2015.

‘After giving birth, some women gain weight and want to keep that “snatched” look which will lead them to remove the baby weight and add it to the buttocks for even more projection,’ he added.

Dr. Moeinolmolki also shared the procedures one would need to emulate Coco’s incredible gym-honed physique.

Dr. Babak further said:

‘Achieving this level of projection and roundness requires a strategic combination of techniques. The foundation starts with high-definition liposuction, removing fat from the waist, lower back, and flanks to create an extreme contrast and enhance the illusion of a more pronounced buttock shape.

‘This “snatching” effect not only sculpts the midsection but also provides the necessary fat for transfer in a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).’

‘A traditional BBL relies solely on fat grafting, where purified fat is injected into the buttocks and hips to create volume and shape,’ he explained.

‘However, in cases where a more dramatic projection is desired — or when fat retention may be a concern — silicone buttock implants can be introduced to add structure and enhance curvature.

‘The combination of fat grafting and implants allows for both softness and definition, ensuring a lifted, high-profile result that remains natural-looking.’

In order to achieve the ideal final appearance, he also recommends skin-tightening procedures.

Prior to accepting it and becoming a fitness model, Coco previously disclosed that she used to “hide” her butt because it was an insecurity of hers.

In addition to Ice-T’s two other children from past relationships—son Tracy, 32, and daughter LeTesha, 47—he and Coco, who were married in 2002, have one child together, Chanel Nicole, 8.
