I drove directly to the gas station after I found out that my car changed into vibrating. I suspected I hadran out of fuel. Just after I entered the gasoline station, a young lady came up to me and said:
“Please, sir, we are very sorry, but we are out of fuel. If you can go somewhere else, it’ll be a great decision.” I turned round to leave. She approached the automobile and said again, thank you for understanding me!
Meanwhile, I had long gone to another fuel station earlier before I drove right to this place. And the response of the attendant, was way below standard and very appalling.
The man who was the station worker was idlely relaxing as he stared at me with a bizarre expression that shows that there was no gasoline at the station. Shifting your interest back to the polite lady, I felt touched by the way she addressed me and what she generally did.
At least I was relieved after the stress of strain to fill my pump. I drove away and thanked her for the best job etiquettes. Three months later, I visited a newly opened gas station, which was only few meters away from the previous gas station.

And earlier before I got there, I was taken by surprise – there has been a large queue. I asked one of the guys in the queue if there has been a special cut price for gasoline, because I was very stunned of what I saw. He told me there was nothing at stake, but the gas station attendant was their reason for queuing up. Her respect, commitment and time for people was unthinkable.
I was very eager to search for this individual who may be the purpose for such massive customers. As I coated up in my vehicle, I pulled my neck to look at the girls serving the customers. Apparently, one of them had greater number of people than all four. I came out of my vehicle and headed directly to her side. See, that was the same lady I met with the professional work etiquettes a few months ago.
As usual, she smiled at me and said,
“Hello, sir, you are here too, welcome and please enter the queue, I will right away serve you.”
I was very glad for her. So she is the reason for this queue? I asked myself. This time I was not surprised, specially knowing who she is. This is nothing new to me, because apart from her lovely smile, the 2 phrases: PLEASE and THANK YOU, did all of the miracles for her. These words are very powerful, but many people don’t comprehend that they are important to pay attention to.
Our little courtesy can even trade our balance to the better. Thank You and Please don’t kill, but it’s miles very hard for so many people to share with colleagues, customers, employees, employers, and all others involved in the area of life. Being thankful can alternate someone’s behavior as tons as it can also alternate a person’s impressions about you.
Many companies have made lots of money because of their employees. For a person to show you greater love, it depends on how you also value these two words. And if these simple phrases constantly disappear from your mouth, what else are you able to command? Of course every body wants to be pampered one way or the other, and that is a possibility for that.
