Joy Behar has offered some advice to Jennifer Lopez in light of rumors that the actress is considering getting a divorce from her actor husband, Ben Affleck.
Even if Jennifer Lopez really wants a divorce from Ben Affleck, Joy Behar, the star of “Viewer,” says that she should keep her mouth shut in public.
The singer- songwriter and Affleck have had a rough marriage starting from the start, however sources close the couple have affirmed that the pair are formally heading out in different directions. Strangely, Behar has herself gone through a separation and has revealed that people will talk.
During a live transmission, the television host shared,
“Not that we want to gossip about people. We don’t because we’re talking about a friend of the show.”
During her live transmission, Behar brought up the ‘Marry Me’ actress and Ben’s revived sentiment, as the couple momentarily dated in 2005.
“When you go around shouting your love from the rooftops, it gets tricky when things don’t go well. My advice is to keep your mouth shut. I don’t even tell [my second husband] Steve I love him in public. I don’t say it in private either, but still. Telling everybody how much you love each other and writing it on Instagram and on Facebook, and then you get a divorce, and everybody says, ‘Oh, you see!?”, The 81-year-old said.
Lopez spoke b about her love life on her most recent studio album, This Is Me… Now, which led to Behar’s remarks. The actress talked about her marriage and how she got back together with her husband after a decade.
Legal experts spoke about the celebrity couple’s relationship after some critics expressed their views on the possibility of a divorce.
“They are in love. The world’s on fire. I just know it. What I don’t like is that I know the world is on fire, but true love exists; it’s still here. They love each other. Stop hating on true love because maybe you don’t have it in your life.”
The couple has not yet made any statements about the divorce.
