The head of Equatorial Guinea’s National Financial Investigation Agency, Baltasar Engonga, has been arrested for allegedly recording more than 400 sex videos of wives of prominent figures in the country.

However, in a statement on the viral sex tape, the country’s Attorney General, Nzan Ngema, stressed that although the images suggest that the women involved were not forced to participate, the law does not criminalize consensual sexual relations unless coercion or force is used.
