68 year old American singer, Michael McDonald who has been in the music business for 50 years now, has for every one of these years produced wonderful and unmistakable tunes which includes: What a Fool Believes, Minute by Minute, I Keep Forgettin’, If That’s What It Takes, Listen To The Music, Toulouse Street, and many other melodies.
Known for his heartfelt voice and as an member of the bands- The Doobie Brothers and Steely Dan, McDonald has also proceeded as an prominent backing vocalist on various records of artists including Christopher Cross, and Kenny Loggins. He is viewed as a powerful figure in the growth of the yacht rock genre.
McDonald has teamed up with various other artists to produce great tunes, including James Ingram, David Cassidy, Van Halen, Patti LaBelle, Lee Ritenour, the Winans, Aretha Franklin, the musical crew Toto, Grizzly Bear, Joni Mitchell, and Thundercat.
He has also recorded for TV and film soundtracks. McDonald is the recipient of five Grammy Awards, and will be drafted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of The Doobie Brothers few months to come.

Michael McDonald’s is around, doing quite well and as yet releasing music. He recently played a solo concert in California, on September 30th, 2020.
McDonald has begun releasing progression of live cover songs, beginning with Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Going On” and continuing with the the Jackie De Shannon hit “What the World Needs Now is Love.” There’s a lot of new unique music around also, with the Doobies reunion.
McDonald was with the band from 1975-82 and won four Grammys for 1978’s “Minute By Minute” collection. He is also charged to perform early next year 2021, following the group’s November seventh, 2020 entry into the Rock Hall.
The musician has begun releasing delightful live cover melodies, that will allow people to look at him and his band. Then, Michael McDonalds is seriously chipping away a new one which is an eight-song collection.
This collection of tunes was written throughout the years by Michael McDonalds. And this appeared to be an ideal opportunity to record a portion of those, and rethink a portion of the old stuff, various game plans of some of the Doobies tunes like “It Keeps You Runnin’,” “What a Fool Believes” and “You Belong to Me.” He’s got a Neil Young song on there, “Helpless” and there’s a song he wrote with David Crosby, too.
