Zic Saloma Reveals Why He Underwent Nose Surgery: “I Was Losing Too Many Opportunities”

Zic Saloma, a Nigerian comedian and skit creator, has talked candidly about his decision to have nose surgery, stating that it was prompted by years of self-consciousness about his appearance.

In a recent video posted on his Instagram page, the comedian revealed that his appearance had cost him multiple opportunities in the entertainment business, which prompted him to undergo cosmetic surgery.

Zic Saloma says, the surgery increased his self-confidence and that he is now quite at ease with who he is.

Additionally, he urged those who can afford safe cosmetic operations to proceed if they will boost their self-esteem and confidence.

“I decided to undergo nose surgery because I wasn’t comfortable with my appearance. I had lost several job opportunities in the past because of how I looked. If you can afford cosmetic surgery, do it. If it will make you feel better, go for it.”

The comedian, who previously disclosed that he underwent a rhinoplasty in Turkey, disclosed that the operation, which also included a facelift and eye rejuvenation, took more than four hours.

He revealed that the total procedure cost roughly $11,000, but since the surgery was a part of a partnership with the hospital, he did not pay for it.

Zic Saloma, who is well-known for his comedic skits and multi-character roles, claimed that the change has given him greater self-assurance and preparedness to pursue new career prospects.
