Former Miss Universe Star Alexandrova Killed In A ‘Strange’ Accident

Kseniya Alexandrova, a Russian model, beauty queen, and psychologist who competed for her nation in Miss Universe 2017, died at the age of 30 following severe injuries she sustained in a terrible animal collision.

In a roadside mishap in Tver Oblast, a deer crashed through the window of her automobile, seriously injuring her brain. According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, a Russian news agency, Alexandrova passed away on August 12 in a Moscow hospital due to complications resulting from the July 5 crash.

In a statement translated from Russian, the spouse told Rossiyskaya Gazeta that on July 5, while driving home from Rzhev, an elk unexpectedly stepped onto the road.

“From the moment it jumped out to the impact, a split second passed. I didn’t have time to do anything,” he said. He added that Alexandrova was unconscious after the collision and recalled, “Everything was covered in blood.”

According to the husband, emergency personnel came in roughly fifteen minutes after other automobiles pulled over to assist at the incident. Alexandrova was sent to a hospital in Moscow to receive treatment for severe brain damage. She received medical attention, but her condition deteriorated, and on August 12 she died of complications.

Alexandrova was well-known as a beauty pageant competitor and model. She represented Russia in the 2017 Miss Universe pageant after placing first runner-up in the Miss Russia contest. On August 13, her modeling agency, Modus Vivendis, posted a message on Instagram confirming her passing.

Four months before to the Accident, Alexandrova had tied the knot with her spouse.

She also practised as a psychologist after earning a degree from Moscow Pedagogical State University, an update on her Instagram in November 2022 said.
