McDonald’s Monopoly Game Is Back With Digital Twist And Big Prizes

After almost ten years, McDonald’s is reintroducing its renowned MONOPOLY Game in the United States.

Although game pieces can often be played until November 23, the game runs from October 6 to November 2, 2025.

By ordering specific menu items (eligible food or beverages) in-store or through the McDonald’s app, players can accrue game pieces.

This year’s game pieces come in two varieties:

▪︎ Physical pieces — peelable stickers on packaging (e.g., fries box, sandwich wraps) which must be scanned into the McDonald’s app to reveal the outcome or to collect property pieces.

▪︎ Digital pieces — delivered directly via the McDonald’s app (if you’ve registered) and “peeled” within the app.

Every game piece also grants a “Bonus Play” in the app, giving players a second chance to win.

Prizes & incentives:

The prize pool is robust, including (but not limited to):

  • Free food items
  • Digital reward points
  • Big prizes like $1 million in cash, a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee, airline miles, shopping sprees, vacations, etc.

McDonald’s is offering 500 bonus—MyMcDonald’s Rewards points to players who pre-register in the app between September 29 and October 5.
