In November 2025, boxing icon Mike Tyson will launch his brand-new one-man show called “Return of the Mike,” which will take place on stage instead of in the ring.
After the popularity of his 2013 Broadway play, Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth, which gave fans an unvarnished glimpse into his chaotic life and career, Tyson is making his first significant stage appearance in over ten years with this performance.
As per ESPN, Tyson will revisit some of the most significant — and challenging — periods of his life in “Return of the Mike,” which is expected to be an honest and intensely intimate self-analysis.
The program will examine his rise to international fame as the world’s youngest heavyweight champion, among other things:
1. His battles with addiction and mental health
2.His recent legal and health challenges
3.Reflections on his 2025 exhibition fight with Jake Paul
4.Lessons learned from fame, failure, and forgiveness
“This is my chance to tell the truth in my own way.”, Tyson said in an interview.
Lakiha “Kiki” Spicer Tyson, Mike’s wife of sixteen years, wrote and directed the script for Return of the Mike. Additionally, she co-wrote “Undisputed Truth,” his prior stage performance.
Spicer is credited with creating the emotional depth of the program by fusing vulnerability, honesty, and humor to highlight fresh facets of Tyson’s character.
Four live shows at Hard Rock Live locations across the US will be part of the Return of the Mike tour.
