Conley, Mike: 11,733 points
Conley, picked No. 4 out of Ohio State in 2007, developed into a fluid, ambidextrous point guard with a world-class float game in Memphis. After assuming the starting position almost immediately, he started to establish himself as a prolific scorer.
Conley scored 14.9 points per game and made 38% of his three-point attempts over his 11 seasons in Memphis.
In 2016–17 and 2018–19, he scored more than 20 points per game, unseating Zach Randolph as the city’s top scorer in the latter half of his career.
Gasol, Marc: 11,684 points
Marc Gasol, a three-time All-Star, was acquired from the Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for his brother Pau. He established himself as the defensive core of the “Grit & Grind” Grizzlies.
He had a delicate, elegant touch around the rim and was an accomplished scorer as well. Gasol started out as a post player but improved his three-point shooting as his career went on. For instance, in January 2017, he scored a career-high 42 points against the Toronto Raptors, including five three-pointers.
During that season, Gasol reached his scoring best of 19.5 points per game and was selected to his third All-Star team. He demonstrated his improved offensive skills by shooting 84% from the line and 39% from 3-point range.
In 2013, Marc was named the Defensive Player of the Year. The Grizzlies qualified for the playoffs throughout his nine seasons in Memphis.
Randolph Zach: 9,261 points
During his seven years with the Grizzlies, “Z-Bo,” who was adored in Memphis, was a fierce workhorse in the post who used strength, angles, toughness, and a lot of heart to give defenders fits.
After playing for the Trail Blazers and Knicks, he joined the squad in 2009 and established an outstanding pairing with Gasol, averaging 16.8 points per game and 10.2 rebounds per game for the team.
Randolph was selected to the All-NBA Third Team in 2012 and made both of his All-Star selections while playing for the Grizzlies in 2010 and 2013. In 2008–09 and 2009–10, he averaged more than 37 mpg and scored more than 20 ppg.

After the Memphis Grizzlies relocated from Vancouver in 2001, Pau Gasol became the team’s first star. He showed off his skills right away, scoring 17.6 points per game and 8.9 rebounds per game to win Rookie of the Year.
