Ola’s explanation is that Fadda Dickson, the senior welfare head of the media network, takes exceptional care of the employees of Despite Media, which makes him anticipate that switching to a different station will be difficult.
Given the support they (the employees) receive from Fadda Dickson and, most importantly, the fact that they are paid on time each month, he says that, working with Fadda is one of the best choices any media personality could make for themselves.
