The New Force Movement issued a statement in response to rumors that its leader, Nana Kwame Bediako, more commonly referred to as Cheddar, has joined the National Democratic Congress (NDC). These rumors suggested that Cheddar had joined the NDC.
There were a few reports getting out and about that Cheddar is considering joining another political party because of existing challenges.
In a statement delivered on Saturday February 17, 2024, the team has explained that Cheddar has no intention of affiliating with any alternative political party, underlining their obligation to understanding the goals of the New Force Movement.
The team asked the general population to ignore such unwarranted claims and encouraged them to depend on information dispersed through the official social media handles of the team for credible updates.
The statement says that they won’t be joining John Dramani Mahama, the leader of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
